Creamy White Bean & Thyme Dip with Roasted Garlic and Hot Honey
This creamy, smooth, and silky white bean and thyme dip is giving everything—and then some. It’s the kind of recipe that works just as well dressed up for a dinner party as it does casually served with crackers on the couch. Best part? The whole thing comes together for under $5 USD. Affordable and delicious? Yes please.
I roasted the garlic to bring out that sweet, mellow richness, and added a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect sweet-heat kick. And let me just say—this is the first time I’ve used fresh thyme from my garden, and it made all the difference. Earthy, aromatic, and just a little fancy.
Whether you’re snacking, sharing, or showing off—this dip is a winner.
Even Indy was tempted—drawn in by the roasted garlic aroma and clearly plotting a stealthy taste test when I turned my back. Safe to say, she’s a fan of the smell (a little too much, honestly). But don’t worry, Dakota and I managed to keep the bowl safe and sound—and yes, we absolutely devoured it. No crumbs left behind.
